What is smoked cream cheese? It’s a block of cream cheese topped with your favorite seasonings and then served with pretzels, chips, animal crackers, apples, vegetables or anything else that will compliment your smoked cream cheese seasoning.

EVERYTHING BAGEL SMOKED CREAM CHEESE

This smoked cream cheese recipe really is as simple as seasoning your cream cheese and putting it on the smoker for 2-3 hours. When you make this you can score the tops if desired to let more smoke flavor penetrate the blocks of cream cheese.

EVERYTHING BAGEL SMOKED CREAM CHEESE

Deliciously smoked cream cheese seasoned to perfection for an appetizer that's sure to please!

Equipment

  • Smoker
  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Block Full Fat Cream Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Start your smoker and set to the smoke setting (180-210)
  • Tear off a square piece of aluminum foil to comfortably fit your cream cheese.
  • Drizzle a small amount of oil on foil. Place cream cheese on top. Use a brush or spoon to spread the oil to cover the cream cheese.
  • Season each side of cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning. Don't be afraid to lather it on.
  • Score top of cream cheese as desired.
  • Place foil with cream cheese directly in smoker and let sit for 2-3 hours.
  • Carefully remove and serve with pretzels, tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables!
