Looking for fresh Easter basket ideas this year? Check out these super cute finds to inspire you for the season.

Easter Basket Ideas

Easter baskets are a childhood staple for most kids. I can still remember the baskets my Dad would get me from Walmart, wrapped in plastic and soooo stinking loud to open. Getting to open it though was SUCH A TREAT.

I feel like Easter basket fillers have come a long way since then and people have come up with some incredible ideas. From putting in items that your kids need to following a specific color palette, Easter baskets have had a major glow-up.

That being said, it can be kind of intimidating trying to narrow down what the heck to get your kids. There are Easter basket ideas for toddlers, Easter baskets for kids, Easter basket tags and the infamous pre-made Easter baskets. Because of that, I’ve searched and rounded up some absolutely adorable ideas for Easter that you can use this year.

One thing to remember – don’t stress about it. Majority of our kids are looking forward to the candy more than anything.

Get ready to be inspired by these Easter Basket ideas.

Easter Basket Ideas

1. Natural and Neutral Easter Basket

Neutral colors have been on the rise for a while now and this basket is a clear reason why. Look at how beautiful all the tons work together to create a gift you’re excited to put together and give.

This is especially adorable because even though neutral is heavily played upon, there are still adorable touches to customize it for the receiver like the adorable daisy sandals and bunny.

2. Pastel & Pretty Easter Baskets

This one is for all the girlie girl moms. Traditional pastels are represented in modern and trendy gifts. You’ve got all the classics covered… daisies, bunnies, chicks, eggs, peeps, etc. You’ll also have the new and now thrown in with fresh jellies, silicone plates and sequin coin purse, obviously.

3. Only the Necessities

Be this mom, this mom is smaaarrttt! Her Easter baskets consist of a couple cute items to be viewed as gifts but also items that kids actually need. Sunglasses? Check. Nice sandals for church? Check, check. New swimsuit in the next size up? Say no more!

Whether its undies, socks, sunglasses or a toothbrush, now is the time to add in cute necessities to save in the long run.

4. Two Gifts & The Rest Candy

Okay, so these are Easter baskets I gave to my own kids. My method was 2 gift, 1 book and the rest candy. Honestly, their metabolism is going to catch up to them someday so I let them enjoy celebrating with sweets ESPECIALLY on Easter. Easter offers the best holiday candy and as long as Mini Cadbury Eggs are around, you cannot convince me otherwise.

5. Easter Baskets For Tweens

Ahh the fun tween years. Maybe even better than the teen years for us parents? Your kids are somewhere between still loving their favorite stuffed animals but also much too cool for toys that would have been acceptable a year ago.

This Easter basket idea is obviously geared towards girls but my best advice is to play off what they like. This basket uses candles, beach blankets and facemasks to add some maturity to the stuffed animals and candy that more than likely are covered from site.

6. All Boy Easter

I haven’t forgot about you boy moms out there! As a matter of fact, I am one myself.

Grab a hat, soft sports balls, coloring gifts, or a small game to throw in your sons basket. The best part is all these gifts can grow with him. For brownie points, throw in a new video game for him to play!

7. Cute But Keep It Affordable

This setup looks absolutely beautiful and can more than likely be replicated with a trip to the dollar store and Targets dollar spot. If you’re trying to save on Easter, pick 2-3 small fun pieces to throw in and load your kids up with candy. I promise when they see all their candy, they really won’t be worried about what else is in there.
